About Us
Comprising of either On-line Conveyorised spray plant or Off-line Auto / Manual Dip Immersion Plant dependant upon the application and chemical specification requirement. In general the stages are made suitable for treatment of iron / steel or multi-metal surfaces, this may involve processes such as De-rusting followed by rinsing and then chemical cleaning by use of individual or combined Degrease / Iron Phosphate solutions. Specification may call for more stages involving Zinc Phosphate & final Demineralised water rinsing. For the pre-treatment of aluminimum components a chrome free chemical process would today be considered the more desirable choice. Spray enclosures can be manufactured in either mild steel or stainless steel construction dependant on chemical specification, Spray enclosures are of flanged bolted construction made up in sectional form of handalable size for ease of conveyance to site and on site installation.
Process tanks contain re-circ pumps for feeding liquid solutions to the individual spray stages each contains UPVC pipe work with ball swivel and spray jet assesmblies c/w quick disconnect standpipes with special cam arm locks. System includes steam extract fans, interior walkways and mesh filters.
Designed and supplied for the following industrial applications:-
Powder curing or wet paint stoving. Forced air drying typically used following pre treatment process or low baked drying following wet paint spray application.
Pre heat ovens used for de-gassing purposes. Other applications may involve ovens used for Ink Drying, Inpregnating, Varnishing or Core Drying. Ovens generally are of the tunnel type used in conjuction with Overhead Monorail Conveyer Systems. Other ovens supplied may be of the Flight Bar Camel Back type or Flat Bed Belt Conveyer Type. Stationary type Box Ovens may also be supplied and accommadated in a far lesser floor space and may be used for a multiplicity of purposes. Heating medium for all ovens made suitable for Direct/Indirect Gas, Oil, or Electric Heating. All ovens are fully insulated made of modular bolted panel construction and incorporate auto electric ignition, built in pre-purge/time sequence control, full flame failure safety device and thermostatic tempurature indication and control.
Booths for Paint or Powder Applications
Comprising a range of spray booths individually designed for either online or offline application. Powder Booth enclosures made suitable for auto/manual applications manufactured from stainless steel or white powder coated panels, booths maybe of the cyclone recovery type or cartridge filter type. Wet paint spray booths are of the water wash or dry filter type manufactured from galvanised box fold panels. Water wash booths supplied with stainless steel screen, pumped water recirculation and mechanical extraction system. Dry filter booths supplied with disposable, expandable paper filter and mechanical extraction. Flash off - enclosures may be supplied following wet paint application these to incorporate both low level and top outlet mechanical extraction.
